Great pictures of the day by John, who captured the swell they had to paddle through and David who captured the fruits of Autumn as Trevor managed to pick a fine example of an airbag growing at the waters edge. Isn't nature wonderful !!!!
A hard paddle across a 3 foot swell from Keswick Landings to the river mouth was rewarded with a glorious 7 km trip. High water levels had washed out some play spots but this did not detract from the great views and the company of friends. John Sherwen

Thursday evenings fun at Barrow pool was captured below and above the water by Carol on her water proof camera. The youngsters had a great time improving their skills with out really being aware they were learning as they were having to much fun. After the general session it was time for polo practise.
Racing today was relocated to the Docks as there was no shortage of water there. This was to compensate for having to cancel yet again the South Lakes Summer Series events that should have been held at Greenodd on the Crake. Everything about today was perfect especially for all the members new to competing. Races took part in all types of craft followed by a chance to have a go of the SUP boards and different boats. It was good to see so many youngsters in lightnings on the water. More info to follow of the days results. Well done to all who took part and had fun. Great photos of the days events by Emily Sneesby and Carol Stringer.
